The publication of On This Day She brought many new experiences. As life was still very much impacted by Covid-19 we were unable to do in-person events, but online events meant that people in far-flung corners of the globe could take part, which was a great compensation.

We launched the book at a lovely event hosted by Five Leaves Books in Nottingham. There’s a recording of it here.

We were on podcasts, including The Bunker with Jude Rogers, Standard Issue with Hannah Dunleavy and History Hit with Dan Snow.

We were on the radio on International Women’s Day and took part in an event organised by the Living Knowledge Network, the British Library and Warwickshire Libraries, chaired by the narrator of our audio book, Imogen Church. The recording of this event is now part of the British Library collection.
